hands up Campaign

YOUR HANDS UP MEANS A GENERATIONS HANDS DOWN

We believe that the smallest act can have a lasting impact. The Hands Up campaign allows individuals to sign up for a monthly pledge of R100 or more.

For the cost of a few coffees, you can be part of the life changing work the Trulife team are doing in schools on a daily basis. All donors receive our donor’s newsletter, as well as a Section 18A Tax Certificate and thank you letter.

corporate sponsors

Trulife believes that partnerships are the best way to maximize our impact. There are three ways your company can get behind the work Trulife is doing in schools and have a lasting influence on your community.

Adopt a project

The generosity of our committed donors allows us to reach more young people in need and build lasting relationships with schools.

We welcome your company’s financial support, which will go directly to reaching under-resourced schools and funding the development of new material.

Adopt a School

Trulife’s Tru-Corporate campaign is all about real people making a real difference in their local areas. We encourage businesses and corporates to partner with us by adopting schools they have a connection with. These could be schools in the area the business or factory is based or schools which your employees’ children attend.

For a donation of R10 000 annually, the costs of Trulife visiting that school is covered. This includes three productions, workshops, follow up resources and ongoing support to the teachers and students of the school.

The business, in return, will receive a Section 18A Tax Certificate, a personalised thank you letter from both Trulife and the schools sponsored, photographs of our visit, and mention on our social media platforms.

SPONSOR AN INTERN

Trulife offers a one-year internship program to post-matric students who want to learn more about the creative arts, media, design, leadership and education.

Many of these interns come from disadvantaged backgrounds, and the skills they gain under our staff’s mentorship open up many more opportunities.
